Process and Structural Measures are reported by CMS and are meant to track the progress and performance among entities. For measures that are not retired, the measures are updated on a regular basis, which is typically quarterly or annually. Individual State report cards can include some or all of these measures.  What measures are reported are decided by the scope of the project.
