On the 'PDI Measures' page of the wiki I removed a line from the table referencing PDI 4 (measure id 10816) as that measure is no longer reported.
On the 'Risk Adjusted Measures' page of the wiki I updated the description to read "Risk Adjusted measures are used to report the performance of both hospitals and geographic areas, such as counties." Also added period at the end of the paragraph.
On the 'Measures Catalogue' page of the wiki I revised the description of utilization measures to read: "Measures include all payer inpatient charges and length of stay as well as Medicare inpatient charges, reimbursement and number of cases."
On the 'Utilization Measures' page of the wiki I changed the heading "Utilisation" to "Utilization" and revised the 2nd sentence to read "Measures include charges and length of stay for an all payer inpatient population. For the Medicare population, measures include charges, payments and number of cases."
On the 'State Discharge Data' page of the wiki I changed the heading and text of the description to reflect what types of data sets are being discussed (i.e. inpatient hospital discharge data sets). I also updated the 2nd sentence to correct some grammatical errors. The sentence now reads "For various reasons, we have been able to acquire only 20 states' data sets, totaling approximately 60% of national discharges."
